"I have been meditating for years, but never had success in regressing into a past life on my own, although I had tried on several occasions. Doing a regression with Dr. Ruiz was truly an amazing and spiritual experience. She guided me in a very comfortable and safe manner, taking me into a past life that showed great detail and lots of important lessons for me to bring into this life. By the end of the session, I also experienced the passing of this prior life in a very peaceful way. There was even a brief moment that I experienced the in-between state. My session with Dr. Ruiz was very profound--really life changing for me. I so much appreciate Dr. Ruiz's general process of regression therapy and how she approaches the material. Before anything else, she made a priority of having a good background and understanding of my life and what I was going through. To say the least, Dr. Ruiz was extremely comprehensive and thorough: from the questions she asked to her explanations and listening perceptively. As I was re-listening to the recording, I noticed the entire time Dr. Ruiz was conscientious of how I was feeling and her keen choice of language. Genuinely, she always considered my comfort and safety as her number one priority. It was amazing. I'm so grateful and hearing the tapes I am reminded of this.
During my hypnosis, she guided and helped me follow my intuition and helped all of this material heal in a way I could not have ever imagined. I have seen many therapists in the past for many years and I honestly cannot believe that this one session was so impactful. Not to be hyperbolic, however, Dr. Ruiz' insight surpassed ALL the others.
